We are happy to announce that with the continued growth in our conference attendance, WELS Women’s Ministry (WELS WM) is planning the next conference for July 28-30, 2024, at the Ingleside Hotel in Pewaukee, Wis. New this year, we are opening up the opportunity for sponsors. Thank you for your interest in helping sponsor the WELS Women’s Ministry Conference.

YOUR GENEROSITY WILL:

  1. provide opportunity for more women to grow in their faith surrounded by sisters in Christ
  2. allow for more women to attend and continue growing conference participation
  3. show support for the conference’s mission and theme – “Empowered to Proclaim,” focusing on the book of Acts. The particular focus will be on Acts 1:8: “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” The conference will address a segment of Acts and the people and culture that were receiving the gospel message. What did this specific area of the world look like in the book of Acts? What situations did the apostles deal with? What does this look like in a 21st-century culture? How are we to deal with these situations?

The conference will begin on Sunday afternoon with opening worship at 7:00 p.m., focusing on our baptismal life and its connection to the cross and resurrection of Christ. Monday and Tuesday will offer a mix of four plenaries and multiple breakout sessions. The conference will end with a closing devotion prior to a “to-go” lunch on Tuesday.

Upon submitting a sponsorship request form, you will be given more details about the conference; sponsor-specific information; and a request for logo/media files, added marketing pieces pending your sponsor level, and organization title/description.

Platinum Sponsorship Level – $1,000+

  • Full-page ad in the printed attendee booklet
  • Two (2) Digital full-screen display ads at the conference
  • Logo and link listed as a platinum conference sponsor the conference website and printed booklet
  • Recognition as a presentation sponsor
  • 2 minutes to address attendees about your ministry or organization followed by introducing a speaker/presentation
  • Up to three (3) complimentary conference registrations
  • Two (2) complimentary exhibitor tables
