What are some of the new benefits of attending this conference?
The WELS Women’s Ministry team has been blessed to see ample growth of interest in the conference over the past few years. At each conference, more and more women from all over the United States are attending. What a blessing! Based on the growth of interest and participation, the conference this year will be hosted at The Ingleside Hotel, in Pewaukee, Wis.
This new location provides us with the ability to offer a wider variety of in-depth spiritual growth classes, networking opportunities, encouraging discussions, new resources and skills to take back to your own mission field, and the potential of making it a family vacation spot with an indoor waterpark. (Passes for hotel guests and daily passes are available for a fee.)
The Ingleside Hotel is located right off the freeway and closer to Milwaukee, which allows more people to attend onsite for the length of the conference or to drive in daily. The hotel is surrounded by ample parking and is completely accessible with ramps and elevators for those who need them. The main hall and all breakout rooms are on the same floor and all in one building. All rooms have been beautifully updated and are air conditioned.
There will be more space to provide networking with affiliated ministries and WELS areas of ministries, and new this year, a curated market of WELS women-owned shops, Northwestern Publishing House, and more!
